He founded the company in 1987.

Jim serves as a Vice President, bringing over 30 years of hydraulic experience to PENGWYN.

Shelia C. Kime
Secretary-Treasurer, CFO & Manager

Shelia brings years of time tested Accounting experience to PENGWYN.

Matthew Goedel
Electronics Engineering, Production Manager & Quality Control

Matt has served PENGWYN as an electronics engineer since March 2005.
His responsibilities include supervising production & repair. He also leads the team
on upfitting, producing manifolds, and control systems. Matt is also the intern supervisor.

Jason Borowski
Inside Sales, Customer Service

Jason returned to us in August of 2010. He is often found at the front counter handling sales and orders that come in over the phone and face to face. Jason had formerly assisted Dan and worked on some assembling of salt brine machinery.

Michael B. Paeltz
Engineering, Assembly & Repair Technician

Michael was one of our student interns from DeVry. He recently graduated and has become a full time employee with the company. He is currently building hydraulic brine makers.

Dan M. Saunders IV
Welding and Fabrication

Danny is PENGWYN's master fabricator and welder. He extends his shop skills into quality assurance for all PENGWYN products. In the upfitting process, he assures the custom fit
of each system to each individual truck.

Amanda Kamnitzer
Bookkeeper, Webmaster & Marketing Projects

Amanda joined PENGWYN in March 2010 and brings 6 years of Accounting experience
and web development to the team.

Shipping, Receiving, Inventory & Quality Control

Brien assembles hydraulic systems, works on truck upfitting and assists on special projects.
