Received a two year degree from the University of Kentucky Community College in 1969, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Franklin University in 1977.

From 1969 through 1982, she held positions of Secretary/Treasurer, Bookkeeper, Office Manager and Pension Plan Administrator for Weaverton Elementary School, Henderson, Kentucky, and First Ohio Companies in Columbus, Ohio.

In May of 1982, she joined Hydron, Inc. as the bookkeeper.

Shelia has been a licensed public accountant for the State of Ohio since 1977.

She has also been a licensed life and health insurance agent and an NASD registered principal to sell securities in the State of Ohio.

She supervises all office operations including bookkeeping, literature preparation, price quotes, marketing, purchasing, and inside sales at Hydron, Inc. as well as PENGWYN.
